Policies & Payment

CHECK-IN: 4 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: 10 a.m (unless otherwise stated on your check in information)

DEPOSIT POLICIES:

  • 50% of total rental cost is due at time of booking. Final payment  is due 70 days prior to arrival.
  • For holiday reservations , full payment will be charged at time of booking.
  • Total rental costs are due upon booking on reservations made within 70 days of arrival.

Note: All advance deposits and damage deposits shall each be held in a non-segregated Escrow Account by VailSkiVacations.com and no interest shall be paid on returned funds.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:

  • A $500 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 70 days prior to arrival. A min of $750 per unit or 1 night handling fee will be charged for Ritz-Carlton Club cancellations.
  • 100% of the total rental funds received is non-refundable on cancellations made less than 70 days prior to arrival, excepting Holiday Bookings, in which 100% of the total rental cost will be charged on cancellations made after August 1, 2007.
  • Sorry, partial or pro-rated refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain travelers' insurance.
  • Full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of VailSKiVacations.Com based on recovery of lost rents through re-booking.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

  • A security deposit in the form of an open Visa/Mastercard/Discover or Amex imprint is required of all guests at check in. The security deposit imprint may be used as a security/damage/telephone deposit, and to settle any amounts owed, incurred, or balance due with respect to this reservation at check out.

MINIMUM STAYS & LATE CHECK-OUTS:

  • A minimum night stay may be required on reservations made during certain periods. The minimum nights may be reduced for an additional "early check-out charge."
  • Late check-outs must be approved in advance by VailSkiVacations.com. and our affiliates.  An additional "late check-out fee" will be assessed.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES(private homes and condos):

  • All stays of 5-10 nights will receive a complimentary mid-week clean. Stays over 10 nights will receive additional cleaning services, which will vary according to the individual home.
  • Daily or additional housekeeping service is available to the guest at an additional charge.
  • No requested cleans will be scheduled on Sundays or Holidays.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES:

  • Each reservation has an occupancy level based on the property policies.
  • Some properties can accommodate additional people for an additional fee per night.

SPECIAL POLICIES:

  • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A  fee is charged by our affiliate for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Pets are not allowed in any residence unless specific permission is granted by VailSkiVacations.com and our affiliate.
  • VailSkiVacations.Com has a four percent handling fee.
